Today had my Nokia N95 8GB to be sent to the QQ e-store for repair since it still under warranty. My face turned blue cause it's stated on the warranty card that LCD is under 3 months warranty. And there are lots of horizontal lines along on the LCD screen. Shoot! Take it to somewhere else to ask for the price fixing it cause I thought it's the LCD problems.
"Sir, it's not the LCD problems. It's the cable that connect the LCD screen to the board"
That's a relief. If it's not the LCD then it's still under warranty then. It's gonna cost $120 to fix the cable. $120 kali ah, baik jual bali lagi yang secondhand handphone saja kali eh. Thanks to that guy, let the QQ do their stuff then. But they write LCD problems in their job description whatever they like to call it. ('~')
Don't they tell me it's the LCD problems and it's not under warranty so they can had excuses for not fixing it for me. I had been asking all around already (well not only the guy I stated above), most of them said it's the cable problem.
The QQ staff also asked. "Do you agree if we format your phone? All your data inside will be lost"
Ermm... Good things I just experimented with it updating the latest firmware and cracked that phone. But most of the software I installed and all the time I had spent will be wasted. :( It's really time consuming to go through the hacking and install all the software and hacked games into it.
Just hope they'll be able to fix it up. I don't want to use Sony Ericsson for now. Want to change back to Nokia family.
